Because our inventory is liquidation stock sold at deep discounts, all sales are final — except defective items. If your product arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Note: light shelf wear on outer packaging is normal for liquidation goods and isn't considered a defect; product condition is noted on each listing.
